Our Commitment

Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide a 24-hour notice for changes or cancellations. Missed sessions without notice may result in a 50% deposit forfeiture for the first occurrence and 70% for subsequent missed sessions. A no-show (more than 15 minutes late without notice) will incur a 70% charge. Reschedule or cancel via the confirmation email link or contact us directly.

Booking Policy

A non-refundable 50% deposit secures your appointment, applied towards your service fee. Deposits forfeited for cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours. Deposits held for future use with more than 24 hours' notice. Non-refundable deposits. Payment due at service; prepayment available online. Payment methods: cash, debit, credit, Venmo, and Zelle.

Payment Policy

Payment due at service or prepaid online during booking. Accepting cash, debit, credit, , Venmo, or Zelle. Tip not included, but greatly appreciated! Tips typically range 15-25% based on regular price and satisfaction with your session.

Late Arrivals/ No-Show Policy

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for paperwork or to answer therapist questions. Late arrival may shorten your session without fee adjustment. Arriving 15+ minutes late for an appointment still requires full payment. A credit card is required to secure bookings and may be charged for late cancellations or no-shows, notified less than 24hrs in advance.

Scheduling Policy

ILLNESS: You must reschedule if you are ill, have a fever, or are contagious. Please be considerate of our staff and our other clients. If you're unsure if its illness or allergies, please reschedule.

EXTREME WEATHER: If there is inclement weather, we will be contacting you ASAP to reschedule.

Refund Policy

Services that have been rendered cannot be refunded. Gift-cards will not be refunded. 

Inappropriate Conduct, Session Termination, and Right to Refuse 

Massage therapy is solely for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate session termination and refusal of future services, with full service fee charged. We reserve the right to notify authorities or colleagues based on behavior exhibited. Therapists may refuse service if alcohol/drug use affects communication. Clients can end sessions due to emergencies or discomfort; full service fee may apply. Your feedback is valued for improvements.

Gift Card Policy

Gift certificate sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. Transferable to another recipient with the original certificate required at service. Validity: 1 year from purchase date indicated on the certificate. 

Disputed Charges

Disputed post-service charges or related fees will lead to continued charge attempts. In case of bank dispute against us, fees will be pursued legally. Disputed charges may result in barring future appointments.

Minor Client Policy

Minors under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Minors can't be unsupervised in the lobby during an adult's appointment. Please call before booking for minors to ensure suitability.

Arrivals and Check In 

We request that all intake forms, policy notifications, and other documents are filled out digitally when you book your first appointment. If such documents are not received, you will have a chance to fill them out when you arrive but this will cut into your appointment time. 

Location

We are located in Plano at 8105 Rasor Blvd, Plano, Ste #123, TX 75024, inside the Caddo Office building next to Cathedral Italian Bistro. Walk past the front desk and make a right down the hallway. Our door is on the right. We share a space with Bodywork by Britt until we move into our new office!
